Does ZAFAN build complete buildings or hotel projects?
No. ZAFAN specialises in palm-frond roofs: their design, fabrication and installation. We work within hotel, resort, restaurant and tourist-destination projects in coordination with the design and construction teams.
Can I send a request without knowing every detail?
Yes. Your name, one way to contact you, the project location and a short description are enough. We will follow up for the rest.
Why are there no prices on the website?
The cost of a roof depends on its area, design, layers and the project location. We prepare a proposal after reviewing your project details.
Which files can I attach?
You can attach drawings as PDF, DWG or DXF, photographs, bills of quantities as Excel or CSV, and Word or ZIP files, within the limits shown on the form.
Does a palm-frond roof protect against rain?
That depends on the roof build-up. Where rain protection is needed, we propose additional layers beneath the fronds and explain them in our technical proposal.
Do you offer renovation and maintenance?
Yes. We inspect existing roofs and recommend full or partial renovation, or maintenance, depending on their condition.
Does your work include the supporting structure?
This is defined for each project. Our proposal states what our scope includes and what is handled by the contractor or others.
How long does a palm-frond roof last?
A roof’s life depends on its location, exposure to sun, wind and rain, and the level of care it receives. We advise on suitable routine care for each project.
How do I follow up on my request?
Every request receives a reference number shown after submission. Quote it when you contact us by phone or email.
Does your project need a palm-frond roof?
Send what you have now, even if the details are incomplete. We will review your request and follow up for anything else we need.
